I could not have asked for better realtors than Erik and Patrick. They were knowledgeable and capable, they found us choices within our budget and let us make up our own minds. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions, and they were clear and patient explaining all the ins and outs of each step of our purchase. At no point did we ever feel pressured, which is really saying something; when we changed our minds about a property that was that. Buying a home is understood to be incredibly stressful, but Erik and Patrick made it as easy as could be imagined. I fully plan to recommend them to anyone buying another home in the area.
